DESCRIPTION:Data is defined similarly in the Australian Curriculum for Mathematics and Digital Technologies\, so why aren’t we bringing them together? In this session\, we will explore opportunities to integrate these two learning areas through engaging digital technology-based statistical investigations that are age and stage-specific. Investigations will centre on big questions\, such as: · Prep-Year 2: Was the big bad wolf a good friend? · Year 3 & 4: Where is my ozobot going? · Year 5 & 6: How common is my eye colour?
