Why did you want to become a presenter?

I wanted to become a MindSET-do presenter because I love working with students with fun hands-on activities. Previously as an environmental scientist from a mining background, the lessons just warm my heart, as I can see the value of the hands-on learning of digital systems, drones and educational serious games translate into highly relevant skills for students’ futures in STEM. I wanted to be a part of that!

What do you like about being a presenter?

I love the confidence and satisfaction that the experience of MIE lessons can provide students as they use teamwork to tinker with the equipment to solve their own problems.

If you could offer students in primary school and high school one piece of advice, what would it be?

It’s more than ok to make mistakes, as this is where the big learnings come from. Be brave and persevere and you will find you can do it!
