Our Community STEM Activities aim to inspire and engage individuals of all ages and backgrounds through hands-on STEM experiences. Whether you’re a school student, home-schooled student, or a member of the broader community eager to explore the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and maths, we have something for you.
What We Offer:
• Diverse Range of Activities: Interactive workshops to captivating events, our offerings span various STEM disciplines, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
• Affordable and Accessible: We believe that learning should be accessible to all. That’s why many of our activities are low-cost or entirely free, both online and in-person.
• Expert-Led Sessions: Learn from the best! Our activities are presented by experts from UniSC, local industry professionals, and trained UniSC students.
• Inclusive Opportunities: We welcome individuals who may not typically have access to STEM learning experiences or resources. Our goal is to make STEM education inclusive and available to all who are interested.
• Community-Centric Approach: Our activities are either promoted within the community or developed based on community requests, ensuring that we cater to the specific needs and interests of our participants.
The MindSET-do Homeschool STEM activities has been truly amazing for my children’s learning. They talk about each program for weeks after which is not something they’ve done before. But best of all, they have an exposure to STEM activities I would not be able to provide them myself so we are immensely grateful for this program’s offering and existence. I love your dream of getting the program out to other campuses. Your program is already so well thought out and there are a lot of home schooled kids who would benefit from it.
