Q: How would you describe yourself when you were in Primary school Years 4 – 6?

My hobbies were golf, soccer and swimming while in primary school. I enjoyed spending time with my friends and the social connection in playing sport.

Umina, NSW

Q: Which were your favourite subjects in high school?

Maths, Science, Humanities and Social Science, Technologies, Health and PE

Q: How would you describe yourself when you were in High school?

I enjoyed spending time with friends at high school. This social connection was what I enjoyed the most. My hobby was playing golf and following NRL. My nickname was Kingy and everyone knew I moved to NSW from QLD which made state of origin very interesting.

Why did you want to become a presenter?

To continue to gain experience in teaching primary aged students. To develop my knowledge of STEM related subjects and refine my pedagogy.

What do you like about being a presenter?

Seeing the impact our STEM lessons have on the students.


If you could offer students in primary school and high school one piece of advice, what would it be?

Enjoy your primary years as they are probably the best years of your life. In high school, try your hardest to achieve the best academic results you can because this will determine the options you have available to you after high school.
